Major U.S. Strike Reportedly Devastates Iranian Naval Forces in Gulf of Oman….

Reports indicate that Iranian naval forces suffered a major setback after a large-scale United States military strike targeted key bases along Iran’s southern coast in the Gulf of Oman. The operation reportedly focused on the strategic ports of Bandar Abbas and Konarak, both critical to Iran’s naval operations in the region.According to early accounts, the assault began with submarine-launched cruise missiles striking naval docks and infrastructure. The initial strikes were followed by waves of air attacks carried out by carrier-based aircraft and long-range bombers. Several Iranian vessels — including fast-attack boats, missile-equipped corvettes, and support ships — were reportedly hit while docked at port. Witnesses and satellite imagery circulating online appear to show extensive damage, with burning ships, shattered piers, and large plumes of smoke rising from the harbor areas. Secondary explosions were also reported as fuel and stored munitions ignited, sending debris across the waterfront. Oil slicks were said to have spread into nearby waters from damaged ships. If the reports are confirmed, analysts say the destruction of multiple naval vessels in a single coordinated operation could significantly weaken Iran’s surface fleet capabilities in the Gulf region and mark a serious escalation in tensions. Both U.S. and Iranian officials have yet to release full details about the strike.
